Include the OpenRX version, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are useful when they do not contain sensitive information.

The app's Profile section includes Delete All My Data. If an iCloud or network problem prevents completion, email support for help or confirmation.

Protect your information

Please do not send medication history, written journal content, Sign in with Apple identifiers, batch or product codes, or other sensitive health information by email. A minimal description is usually enough to begin troubleshooting.
